Our Booking Policy

Payments


At the time of booking, a half deposit is required and non-refundable. The full payment must be completed on the day of the shoot or before.

tARDINESS


THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELED IF MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE.

There will be a $50 surcharge on all sessions where client is beyond 15 mins late. There will be no accomodations in session time


Guests


I recommend bringing a friend; 2-4 people is fine for outdoor shoots. Large groups tend to distract and take the focus away, but it's up to you.

Studio shoots are limited to a maximum of 4 guests as space is limited

Cancellations


If you are unable to make your photoshoot session, all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future shoot or a half refund. If not notified within 24 hours of the session, the half deposit refund is void, and there will be no refund, but the client can reschedule for free on a day that fits the photographer's schedule within 3 months.

Turn Around time


After favorites have been chosen, there is a 7- 10 business day window for when edits will be returned. Business days are Monday - Friday.

Prepare for the Shoot


To make the most of your experience, we recommend the following before your shoot:

  • Book your beauty appointments in advance. Schedule hair, makeup, and nail appointments with enough time to avoid last-minute stress.


  • Confirm everyone attending. If friends, family, or additional participants are joining the session, make sure they're informed and arrive on time.


  • Finalize your wardrobe. Try on your outfits beforehand to ensure everything fits comfortably and aligns with your vision.


  • Gather inspiration. Save poses, styling ideas, or mood boards from Pinterest or Instagram to help communicate the look you're aiming for.



  • Come ready to create. Relax, trust the process, and bring your best energy, we'll handle the rest and create something unforgettable together.
